Business Development Manager

X3 Business Development Managers work very closely with our consulting leadership and service practice lines, and focus on developing and driving new X3 business opportunities.

Senior Project Manager

X3 Senior Project Managers provide leadership throughout all phases of the project life cycle. Responsibilities include project initiation, resource planning, production support, forecasting, and setting objectives. The project manager individual works with our sales team to identify strategic client projects, estimate project time and costs, and develop high-level scope descriptions for proposals.

Senior Software Engineer

X3 Senior Software Engineers have at least 6 years of software engineering experience on the Microsoft platform. Individuals must be at an expert level with Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Windows application development, and web development.

Graphic Designer

X3 Graphic Designers work directly with our clients to build brand image and design comps which can be handed off to our software engineers. Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of consultative experience working directly with clients.
